Trademark Guidelines

The Fizzy Fruit name and logo are legally protected. It is of utmost importance that trademark symbols are used properly. The trademark symbol TM must appear every time the Fizzy Fruit logo is used. This symbol is part of the logo and appears in all the logo files on the Logos, Graphics and Documents page.

Our tag line "All Natural. 100% Fun!" is also trademarked and must be accordingly noted each time it is used.

Copyright Notice
It is essential to include a Fizzy Fruit copyright notice on all communications materials that have one or more Fizzy Fruit-trademarked items.
